Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the sPMS platform, including each workspace, Public Booking, Website Admin, Page Builder, and Platform Admin.

1. Service Scope

sPMS provides hosted salon and service-business software, including booking, website, reporting, billing, and administrative tools. The service may evolve over time as long as the subscribed platform remains materially available.

2. Workspace Responsibility

Each workspace is controlled by its designated owner account. The owner is responsible for team access, content, settings, customer data entered into the service, and actions taken inside that workspace.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, credential abuse, attempts to bypass plan restrictions, or attempts to access data belonging to another workspace.

4. Availability and Support

We aim for commercially reasonable uptime and support responsiveness, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, and third-party incidents may affect service.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security incidents, or material violation of these terms. Workspace data handling after suspension follows the active billing and retention policy.

6. Policy Updates

We may update these terms as the service, legal requirements, or operating model evolve. Continued use after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
