Privacy Policy
This policy explains how platform-level account data and tenant workspace data are processed inside sPMS.
1. Information We Process
We process owner account details, admin-user records, workspace settings, customer data, bookings, invoices, website content, audit events, and operational metadata needed to provide the service.
2. Why We Process It
Data is used to provide workspace functionality, authenticate access, secure the platform, process subscriptions, support bookings, and monitor reliability and abuse.
3. Workspace Isolation
sPMS is designed around workspace-level isolation so each business operates inside its own tenant boundary. Platform-owner access is limited to oversight, billing operations, diagnostics, and support controls.
4. Security and Retention
We apply technical and organizational controls suitable for a hosted business platform, including access controls, audit logging, billing verification, and workspace-bound data separation. Retention may continue for backup, recovery, legal, or security reasons.
5. Export and Deletion Requests
Workspace owners may request export or deletion support subject to billing status, identity verification, legal obligations, and reasonable operational windows.
6. Policy Updates
If privacy practices change in a material way, the published policy should be updated before those changes are relied upon in production.
